Why bother with a glass if you can drink it like this? Locals in the Caribbean save a lot of time and money by drinking straight from the coconut. Share new experiences with friends on a fitness cruise. Come home looking great!

Instructor Laila Vehvilainen of Sherborn, MA led her students on a fitness cruise to Key West, Cozumel and Belize last winter. "It was exactly the right time to go to the sunny Caribbean," says Laila. "What a wonderful way to teach!" Fun&Fitness water exercise classes began each morning on board ship with 3 or 4 different time slots available. Guests exercised in an indoor, heated pool, then showered and enjoyed breakfast together before disembarking to see a new port of call each day.

FFun&Fitnesscruises are tailor made for students who want to participate in daily exercises. They've been featured in many of the nation's top newspapers, travel industry publications and in the corporate magazines of both Celebrity and Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines. Both liners welcome Fun&FitnessTravelClub members because they come on board as "as health conscious passengers." In response to the club's requests, both cruise lines grant the club use of all their ships' pools for morning water exercises. They offer early dining seating, book mid-ship cabins convenient to elevators and provide cabins in up-graded categories with deep discounts for early bookings. The club also is given the best prices for air fares and transfers when applicable, as well as optional low cost travel insurance that includes medical and shore excursion coverage in addition to cancellation coverage. Special dietary meals are also available upon request.

Fun&Fitness Travel Club sailed on its first cruise in 1998 hosted by co-founders Jim Seeley and Cynthia Neu. In 2008 Jim and Cynthia celebrated 10 years of travel together withFun&Fitness. At least 200 water exercise instructors nationwide, along with 3,500 of their students, have been on these popular fitness cruises. But Jim says, "Our cruises are a success because what happens at sea stays at sea!"
